Graduate Property Research Assistant

The Opportunity:

This position will sit within the Research division which comprises of a dedicated team of economists and researchers. The Research function is pivotal to the success of our business providing invaluable data, analysis and market intelligence to support internal teams and clients.

This is a diverse and challenging role for a recent graduate holding an commerce/economics or property degree. As a member of a small team, the role consists of providing in-depth and ad hoc research across RPM’s other 5 divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Database management
  • Data collection, manipulation and analysis
  • Report writing
  • Monitoring land market activity
  • Research external publications
  • Identifying trends in the residential housing and land market
  • Contribute to marketing submissions
  • Ad hoc road trips to investigate current estates or a potential new estate

About you:

  • Economics/Property/Commerce Graduate
  • Outstanding academic qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly developed statistical skills
  • Highly developed research skills
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • At ease interpreting large volumes of data
  • Able to work with initiative and independence
  • Excellent analysis/problem solving skills
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
