About the Role and about you:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to join our rapidly growing Residential Land Sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales and some administration functions of one of our well positioned Land Estates. You will oversee clients from an initial enquiry through to contract signing from the onsite sales office and will work closely with builder partners in the surrounding South East Corridor to boost enquiries and sales.

  • At least two to three year’s sales experience in a residential land capacity
  • A proven track record in sales success
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledgeable on the current market and a high awareness of competition
  • Strong communication skills

Sales Administrator – International Division

RPM Real Estate Group is a dynamic, results-driven residential sales agency with a strong commitment to creating research-backed strategies that deliver higher revenues, faster sales rates and better returns for our clients. Founded over two decades ago as a residential land sales specialist, today RPM Real Estate Group has grown to encompass over 100 employees across six specialist divisions.

Skills and experience

This position will ideally suit someone who enjoys working in a small team and big office environment while having a wide scope of responsibilities. While being managed by an experienced business leader, it’s also fundamental to be able to work unsupervised. Further you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, establishing rapport and developing strong internal and/or external client relationships
  • Facilitate general sales deposit receipts, check sales advice, order the build contracts, issue the contracts, process contracts and keep them filing, etc
  • Liaising with clients such as builders, solicitors, clients, and agents to assist the admin needs of the sales process
  • Diary management and booking of meetings, assist director for the calendar arrangement, coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries, events and conferences
  • Meeting and greeting all new customers and clients
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, attending and coordinating weekly and monthly team meetings
  • Answering and directing all incoming and outgoing calls/emails
  • Confidential documentation preparation
  • Assisting with all general ad-hoc administration, performs other responsibilities and duties as required
  • Coordinate, create and collate spreadsheets, presentations and information packs as required

About you :
