Internal Sales Consultant – Medium Density

We are currently seeking a motivated sales consultant, with sales experience within the property industry to promote and sell Medium Density / House and Land packages across a number of Estates in North West Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Manage new enquiry and existing enquiry (on the database) to effect a sale now or in the future. Provide feedback on communications that are sent to the database
  • Ensure the sales process is efficient and thorough – from meet and greet, qualifying, presenting, product inspection, closing, deposit and execution of land and build contracts.
  • Ensure purchaser has been qualified by finance broker and ensure formal finance approval has been provided 3 months in advance of site start.
  • Negotiate with potential purchasers and present offers to the Sales Director / Sales Manager
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the Building Companies providing packages and promote via print, media and online.
  • Ensure all leads, potentials and purchasers details are entered and updated in CRM system.
  • Assist the Sales Manager providing advice and recommendations to the developer regarding marketing, sales and product mix strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise price growth
  • Liaise with the Sales Director – Medium Density Division to promote land and house and land packages via the investment marketing groups
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote house and land packages directly to investors and owner occupiers.
  • Provide the following duties – Monthly Sales & Stock Competition Reports in each estate/corridor. Weekly Sales Reports for each estate. Monthly Activity Reports in each estate
  • Monthly sales budgets will be set for each project and set in conjunction with other key performance indicators.

Sales Administrator – International Division

This exciting opportunity is within our International division which comprises of a dedicated team of multi-lingual industry professionals focusing on connecting offshore buyers to property opportunities within Australia. This direct channel to overseas markets (particularly China and Asia) supports our internal sales divisions across greenfield sites, broad-hectare land and apartments.

About the role:

Reporting to the Director of our International Division, you will be responsible for facilitating the administrative functions for our International team and client base. While you will be mentored by a strong business leader, you will have the capacity to work autonomously. You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating general sales deposit receipts, checking of sales advice, ordering of build contracts, issuing of contracts, and processing contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders including; builders & developers, solicitors, and agents
  • Providing support to the Director of International and other internal stakeholders via diary management and booking of meetings, coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries, and attendance of events and conferences
  • Preparing agendas for meetings, attending and coordinating weekly and monthly team meetings
  • Answering and directing all incoming and outgoing calls/emails
  • Preparation of confidential documentation
  • Coordinating, creating, and collating spreadsheets, presentations and information packs as required
  • Assisting with general ad-hoc administration, performs other responsibilities and duties as required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport and develop strong stakeholder relationships

Estate Manager – Residential Land Estate Sales

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to join our rapidly growing Residential Land Sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the sales and some administration functions of one of our well positioned Land Estates. You will oversee clients from an initial enquiry through to contract signing from the onsite sales office and will work closely with builder partners in the surrounding South East Corridor to boost enquiries and sales.

About you:

  • At least two to three year’s sales experience in a residential land capacity
  • A proven track record in sales success
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
