Luke Kelly
Sales Director, Estate Management

Luke commenced his career with RPM in 1998 as an estate manager and has been instrumental in the success of many residential land estates. In 2006 Luke was appointed Estate Sales Manager in RPM’s expanding Estate Management Division and has continued to progress through the company. As Sales Director and with his practical experience, Luke provides an invaluable perspective. Luke draws on this experience to quickly identify changes in market conditions and implement solutions that ensure continued success.

Rod Anderson
Regional Sales Manager

Rod joined RPM in 2010 as Sales Manager after having successfully been involved in project marketing with many of Australia largest residential developers for over Fifteen years. Rods success has crossed a broad section of suburban developments that include Medium Density housing off the plan and Land sales. In that time Rod and his team has a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales budgets. Rod is very professional in style and demeanour, establishes networks easily with key players, he researches his product and market very well and is always armed with the full research picture, which he develops to cover competitive offerings. He is experienced in many areas of residential property and specialises in Project Planning & feasibility, pricing, selling off the plan house and land packages and land.

Jarod Mills
Regional Sales Manager

Jarod was recently appointed to the Regional Sales Manager role to help support RPM’s growing sales team. Prior to his engagement with RPM Jarod held the House and Land Manager position for one of Victoria’s leading volume builders. Having worked with Kevin Brown in the past he also brings with him a wealth of research knowledge and project marketing experience in the real estate industry. Jarod has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property) and has also completed a Diploma in Financial Services (RG146) in 2010. RPM looks forward to growing the sales and marketing division and believe that Jarod will play a vital role in introducing new concepts, improving efficiencies and research capabilities whilst delivering a positive outcome for sales activity for our vendors.
