Bowery by Welsh Developments is a new master planned community offering boutique living at its finest in Melbourne’s booming north west growth corridor.

The median lot price in the Melton growth corridor is currently $283,000, making it one of the most affordable entry points for first home buyers in an area tipped to increase in population by 196,000 over the next 20 years.
