RPM Real Estate Group proud to partner with the UDIA
as a sponsor for the event

RPM Real Estate Group is proud to have been an event partner for UDIA’s Research Breakfast held on November 29 at the RACV City Club. The event focused on Melbourne’s apartment market to November 2018.

Presented by the UDIA, the event featured Mark Dawson, Director at Urbis and leader of the Urbis Residential Property Economics & Research Team in Melbourne. Mark presented key insights for Quarter 3 2018 from the Urbis Apartment Essentials dashboard, shedding light on Urbis’ research around the shifting market and spatial dynamics involved in altering size, type and price of new apartments in Melbourne. Mark also detailed the available stock which has been sold in the market amongst a slower replenishment rate, average sale prices by precinct and the downward trend in approvals as the investor-backed surge in supply gradually dries out.

Mark followed his presentation with a Q & A session, which sparked discussion around the market drivers that remain fluid and those which are being eroded by external factors. The breakfast and keynote speaker gave all 230 attendees the opportunity to learn about valuable updates on the trends and issues faced by our sector.

RPM Real Estate Group is proud to be an ongoing research partner of the UDIA Victoria and is committed to providing continued support to the organisation through 2019.
