Located in the South East Suburbs and based in our land sales office managed by RPM Real Estate Pty Ltd this role is Part Time, working 2 days per week. The role is to provide support to current experienced Estate Sales Manager whilst also learning on the job. You will have:

  • Detailed administrative skills
  • High proficiency in using Excel and Word
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • High standards of customer service
  • Be 100% reliable
  • Excellent grooming and immaculate presentation
  • Clear and precise communication
  • Proactive approach
  • An Agent’s Representative certificate will be required to be completed if not currently held.

Property Manager – Mandarin Speaking

This position will sit within our expanding Property Management division, with scope to grow with the division in the company head office located in South Melbourne.

To be successful in this role you will be; 

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Prior Property Management experience (real estate sales experience not considered)

You will be responsible for;

  • Onboarding new clients
  • Arranging marketing & leasing strategies for vacant properties
  • Manage the day to day activities required to maintain a portfolio with properties located across Melbourne, including but not limited to ingoing condition reports, final inspections, routine inspections, maintenance requests. liaising with builders & trades, managing vacating tenant procedure, arrears management, lease renewals & rental reviews.
  • Arranging inspections with builders and the handover of properties
  • Representing owners at VCAT if necessary
  • Following all procedures set out by the Property Management Division and RPM international Division

The property management division is supported by an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant, which ensures minimal weekend work required, but may very occasionally be asked of you.

Using modern technology to make the every day management of a portfolio as easy as possible with Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate & Inspection Express, any experience in use of these platforms will be advantageous to your application.

We are looking for a highly motivated dynamic individual to join our South Melbourne head office team. This is a great opportunity for ambitious and successful individual.

  1. Qualifying your customer’s ability to invest
  2. Following up prospecting customers and do Site inspections for clients
  3. Sourcing prospects and opportunities
  4. Servicing your customer throughout the whole investment process, from purchase to settlement and beyond
  5. Helping company with exiting clients’ purchased property  site inspection request.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  1. Fluency in Both English and any of the following  languages ( Mandarin , Cantonese, Vietnamese, Malay) are must
  2. Be Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed, be 100% reliable
  3. Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
  4. Have excellent networking and presentation skills
  5. Relevant experience working in off the plan or property sales
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  7. Can use CRM systems but not essential, training can be provided
  8. Valid full Driver’s License & car
  9. Real Estate agent representatives Certificate and current police check
  10. Ability to work Weekends and work autonomously
